all our rooms have private bathroom with shower and the dbl small is 10 m2 and the bed is 125 cm

I am planning to arrive to Venice by car.... Do you have an idea where i can park the car for two nights while i am staying at your hotel, and what could be the price for these two nigths of parking?

In piazzale Roma (the last part.to arrive in Venice by car)there are 2 big car park Comunale and San Marco the price Is ruftly 35€ x day

the small double only 1 single bed 125 cm

Can you explain what is the breakfast served in the room ?

yes one time we will serve the breakfast in the room because we don't have a breakfast room with covid this will be not possible we give to our guest the room sanificated and we don't enter anymore untill the check out

City center and clean
The hotel was in the city center and close to must see places. Elisabette and her husband were very friendly. The room was clean.
The room is a little bit small and the bed was uncomfortable however it’s not very important.
